When I call and ask you how much a screen replacement on an iPad is, I mean the entire screen. Don't tell me I misunderstood and then tell me it's going to be an extra $100 because I need the LCD AND the glass replaced. Why not settle that on the phone? Why waste my time?I didn't say it was just broken glass. I said it doesn't work.
